Your pages stay on your computer.
Local captures
PageMovo processes screenshots, PDFs, video and local media on your computer. It does not upload captures or read browser cookies, keystrokes or form values as structured data. Downloads remain until you delete them.
The extension reads the content, layout and URL of pages you explicitly select to create captures, name exports and apply local per-site presets. This is local handling of website content and selected-page activity, not a background browsing-history log. A capture can contain private information visible on the page; review exports before sharing them.
The optional Interaction Recorder saves the selectors and timing of the clicks, hovers and scrolls you explicitly choose to record. It requires opt-in and does not record typed input values, passwords or keystrokes. These workflows and your presets stay in local extension storage until you remove them or uninstall the extension.
Settings and licensing
Preferences and presets stay in local extension storage. Pro activation uses a license code, a random device identifier and signed activation credentials. The license service does not receive captures or page URLs.
The license service stores license/payment identifiers, hashed credentials and temporary encrypted license-code delivery. Payment details are processed by Stripe under its policies. License verification and purchase records are kept separately from your local captures.
License emails
The configured Pro purchase flow obtains your checkout email from Stripe and uses Resend to send your license key and activation instructions. These are transactional messages, not marketing subscriptions. The email service necessarily processes the recipient and message content; captures and page URLs are not included.
Temporary recipient details and queued messages are encrypted in the license database. Message contents are removed from the queue after successful sending, cancellation, or an expired retry window. Failed-message contents and temporary recipient details are cleared after seven days. Stripe and Resend maintain their own records under their respective policies. The license service does not store your captured pages.
This website
Cloudflare hosts this website and the license service and processes the license database. Requests to these services also expose normal connection metadata, such as IP address and browser information, to the hosting provider. Captured page pixels and page URLs are not sent to the license service.
This website automatically uses Google Analytics for basic, cookie-free measurement of page views. Google receives measurement requests containing technical information such as your browser, timestamp and the page path. Analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Your captures, license keys and payment details are never sent to Analytics. Purchase receipt pages do not load Analytics.
You can turn website analytics off below. This preference is saved in this browser, and existing opt-outs are respected. We also respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser settings. Previous Google Analytics cookies from this website are removed. Website URLs sent to Analytics exclude query parameters and fragments. For details about Google’s processing, see Google’s privacy policy. The extension does not contain Google Analytics. Demo media uses original demo pages.
Limited use
PageMovo uses information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Extension data is used only for the disclosed capture, presentation and licensing features. We do not sell it, use it for advertising or creditworthiness decisions, or share it for unrelated purposes.
